The History of Central European Jewry in Family Photographs

The History of Central European Jews in Family Photographs. Between 2000 and 2010, Centropa interviewed 1,200 elderly Jews still living 15 European countries. We never used video in those interviews; we did not focus primarily on the Holocaust. We asked our respondents to share with us their old family photographs and documents and to tell us all about their lives through their photographs. Browse the pictures by country.
